The Jain Study Center of North Carolina was established in 1979 as a tax-exempt, non-profit religious organization. Our main purpose is to study and understand the Jain religion along with the philosophies, rituals and literature as well as educating our future generations.
Over the years, the Center has participated in many activities for youths and adults. We have created an environment where members feel they are part of a family. As time has progressed, not only have we expanded our community but we have also increased membership involvement through events such as Mahavir Jayanti, Camp Lalit, Paryushan, and our annual Mother’s Day celebration and Father’s Day Picnic.
